Not talking about being medicated, distracted, and entertained leads us to perpetuate the vicious cycle of the herd mentality.

We have a moral obligation to transform ourselves if we even remotely expect others to change.

We know this.

Midlife keeners spend most of their second half focused on thriving versus surviving.
