Paradox is a great accountability tool.

Waiting has a place.

For a sunset or sunrise.

For a harvest.

For a shade tree from an acorn.

Then there’s the paradox.

You know what i’m talking about.

The waiting instigated by doubt, fear, inexperience, etc.

All the reasons waiting and doing nothing are the twin siblings for self-defeat.

i retired from Disney on Halloween so i could tell people, “After 30 years it was really scary to leave”.

Note: There are nearly two additional years of service that are lost in the career storyline. Doesn’t matter. i used to think it did.

Now, i’m just so grateful to have ever been granted the opportunity to begin serving there in January 1982.

Wisdom comes from experience.

Experience comes from making mistakes.

True wisdom is living with far fewer mistakes.

Is it possible you can eliminate or alleviate making mistakes?

If your goal isn’t impossible you’re not reaching high enough.

Insight: Keep making lifelong “mistakes”, but from small, creative ideas. Reach a point, and sustain it for your lifetime, where you never make a costly mistake.
