Mid Life Anger?

Anger at Mid Life?

Probably.

There’s a lot we have to be angry about at mid life.

Yet, may I humbly submit this midlife quote for your consideration?

“Anyone who angers you, conquers you”.  — Sister Kenny

Sometimes, it takes every fiber in my body and soul not to get angry.  And like other lessons I’ve learned through 50 years of life, staying focused and disciplined is always better and more productive than not.

Good luck.  Stay with it.   Don’t give up.  Forgive yourself and keep trying.

There’s a Chinese proverb that says something to this effect:

“Fall down seven times, get up eight”.

Make it a GREAT day.  Carpe diem. jeff noel  🙂

Mid Life Crisis Friday?

Mid Life Crisis Friday?

No way!

Today, I’m on Mid Life Celebration Friday.

There are quite a few people who think I’m crazy for the way I think about life.

There are quite a few people who I think are crazy for the way they don’t think about life.

Bottomline, ignoring the fact that we ain’t gonna live forever, doesn’t make that fact go away.

I will use that fact to inspire myself to live every moment today, as if it might be one of my last moments.

Why?

To live with as few regrets as possible.

You up for the challenge? I am. Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂

Saw this link on my internet provider’s homepage and thought others might like it’s valuable resources as much as I did:

No one ever said life would be easy. Life is good. And, life is hard. Sometimes VERY hard. And, sometimes, VERY good.

This Mid Life Celebration blog is about mid-life challenges and celebrations. It’s here as a way for me, jeff noel the Mid Life Celebration founder, to offer encouragement and hope to people (like you and me) at a cross-roads in mid life.

Mid life, which is relative, by the way, can happen at any point in a person’s life. It’s really a metaphor for any time in our lives when we start to feel like our life is in crisis-mode.

This is exactly the time we have the opportunity to see things as a problem or an opportunity. As a crisis or a celebration.

If you have a website(s) recommendation and would like to share it, to help others, please feel free to do so.

Make today a GREAT, Mid-life day, because if you don’t, who will. Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂
