RIP Walt

In a dream, a chip off the old block. Keep dreaming Junior. PS. Never sell yourself short.

RIP Walt.

December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966.

Sixty-five years old.

He died too young, many say.

What can we learn from the feelings we have today, on the anniversary of Walt’s death?

  • Take risks
  • .think .differently
  • Envision a future that’s not only better than now, but much better than now
  • Have fun

Live like you mean it!

  • five buckets: mind, body, spirit, work, home
  • cleaning up my administrative affairs
  • Turning over ownership of everything
  • Closing out emotional bank accounts
  • having fun
  • finishing the books
  • saying “no”, more often
  • saying “yes”, more often too

Letting go

Tony Cozza remodeling allows me (us) to trust someone to do things the way we would do them, or even better than we ever could. Evening shot of back porch paint prep.

Part of my next is letting go of all the things i currently do that someone else can do.

Hire someone for each task is an option.

Another option is to stop doing the task.

It’s a combination of both.

Preparing your family for your (permanent) absence is a gift. You are required to have an uncommon attitude about your paradigm shift.

Being prepared for death doesn’t need to be avoided.

Are you prepared for your death?

Do you know others who have their paperwork of life all set for when that day comes? And not only paperwork, but the emotional reassurance and closure that comes from leaving no doubt where your love stands.

It’s not like avoiding the preparation will delay death and extend your life. Or am i missing something?

Two rocket-fuel type questions

home office
Every day at home starts here well before sunrise. Recently replaced the desk and made things simpler.

Two critical, rocket-fuel-type questions we should have a ready answer for:

  • What’s my next?
  • How long do i have to achieve it?

Why?

Because without purpose and a deadline, where does your passion, motivation, and plan come from?

The 10-year plan has less than 30 days.

Disney Podcast
Yesterday the latest episode (Season 2, Episode 4) didn’t arrive like it automatically should. Now 18 weeks into the weekly publishing, this is concerning. It will get resolved.

The original 10-year plan has less than 30 days.

The plan was and still is: What would you do if you had only 10 years left to live?

A new, continuing plan is (and has been) in the works.

It’s revolving around a one, two, or three year addendum.

Son, four college years will fly by (in hindsight). In the present, the weeks may drag, but trust me, a decent sense of urgency will alleviate regret for missed or neglected opportunities when you evaluate your college years after graduation.
