Dare squared?

Dream or jog? Jog or dream? Grapes of wrath? The boy who cried wolf?

Having a dream and replaced Seth with jeff…the following review was written in 2007 for Seth Godin’s book, ‘The Dip’.

The one possible weakness of this otherwise terrific little volume is that it is aimed solely at people who are creative, intelligent and want to succeed. Those who are mediocre, unmotivated or just coasting through life will probably not get much from jeff. He is not an elitist, but his message is squarely aimed at those who want to succeed or at least achieve excellence.

Dare to dream.

Dare even greater… to do.

See it there? Today’s message. Everyday’s message – all or nothing.

Dare not dare mentally.

Think of things that inspire you.

Good and decent things.

Things you hope for.

Things you long for.

And hope to not long for them anymore.

Go.

Be amazing today.

Only one person can fight our demons of doubt, fear, and inaction.

Double dog daring every single reader at Mid Life Celebration to go to Lane 8 (MLC’s physical health blog). Why? Because…

Illness is the most heeded of doctors. To goodness and wisdom we make only promises; pain we obey. – Marcel Proust

Having a great midlife attitude is not enough. It isn’t and we know it.

The message at www.Lane8.org/blog is simple and the hope there is the same as here at MLC – that we will treat ourselves the way we deserve to be treated.
