Work life balance is incredibly desirable and generally thought of as impossible. Name more than one person you know who is a thriving example.

And that’s why I write five daily, differently-themed blogs – to spend two minutes each morning reading about life’s five big buckets:

Hello, welcome, and if you’re new or it’s been awhile… a couple things

True or false?

  • work life balance role models don’t exist
  • balance is impossible
  • someday never comes
  • stressed to the max

All false.

A parenting challenge accidentally led to discovering the secret ingredients necessary to achieve work life balance, which ultimately frees us to not waste another day in chasing our wildest dreams.

Mid Life Celebration 2013 weekly update 1

Happy New Year. Hope your final 2012 week was as good as you could have hoped for, or maybe even a little better.

Waking at 5am, Facebook is flooded with fun updates from NYE and revolve around good times, and really bright hopes for 2013.
